Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please note that we require 48 hours or more notice to cancel, refund, or reschedule bookings.

This policy is firm, as last-minute cancellations and changes prevent us from offering those time slots to
other interested guests, and we are unfortunately unable to make exceptions. We encourage you to plan
your visit accordingly before booking.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation and receive a refund, please email
us with more than 48 hours’ notice at info@konekonyc.com.

Age Policies

To ensure the best experience for both our cats and our guests, children 8-years-old and under are
permitted in the cattery only during our designated Kids Time 30-minute slots, which can be booked
on our Reservations page (konekonyc.com/reservations). An accompanying adult reservation is required
for all children, to help chaperone and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Kids Time is a specially
designed so that younger visitors can safely enjoy the space alongside our cats.

We know this policy may be disappointing to some families, but it comes from over ten years of experience
and reflects what we’ve found to be best for the wellbeing of both the cats and children. Please note that
reservations made outside of Kids Time for children 8 and under will need to be canceled at check-in, and
refunds will be at our discretion.

Guests ages 8–14 are welcome with a parent or adult chaperone during all other opening hours.
Reservations must include your full group size (i.e. one parent + one child), and at this time we do
not offer discounted Catnap pricing for children.
